2. Your withdrawal amount
3. Type of bonus you claimed (if any)

说清楚赢了多少？有没有拿红利？玩什么游戏？ 他们拒出款的原因是什么？ I deposted rm800 and have chossen thier 25% weekend bonus and won rm8340, Yes5Club said they burn my credits and suspended my accouunt, reson being i void thier terms and conditions, they refused to pay and tell me exactly how i violated thier terms and conditions. I was playing in live baccarat game, bet within thier bet limits of rm40-rm4000 void which term of condition ? where have 25% weekend bonus? I didn't see 之前有25% weekend bonus的~我都玩过..现在没了，最近改了bonus Thier CS keep saying "u khow what u hv done" and "i void thier T&C", without telling me exactly how and in what way. They do offer 25% weekend bonus on sat and sun, my account is blocked and cant login to check now
