never said WTF to U88... you can check with them.
Customer Service never mentioned IP matter to me, you can check with them.

Please get what the point I asking , I'm not talking about share and same ip , my question is why same person different ip now at pj then after 2 min in Sarawak ip , blocked ur ip in live chat then use other ip login live chat again,example : u stay in 3 storey house then 3rd floor is Indian ip , 2nd floor is China ip , ground flooris Malaysia ip ...pls take note this is same unifi modem router .....
Only can do it with vpn changing
If u r same ip for both account we accept because in a place mayb too together sharing with a network is common but u r not .... Same person with different ip and the distance too big 1 is pj , 1 is Sarawakmy point is why u got 2 different ip

因為A 使用 175.X.X.X 是在A地方
可是2分鐘在LOG IN IP已經在SARAWAK IP AREA 45.X.X.X
因為不可能出現這種情況.
