廢話不多說, 直接看截圖!


我是看到Maxbet那邊Bet Credit已經有157.38才申請的withdraw
客服竟然跟我說餘額不對然後就直接reject我的withdraw
後來才跟我說有餘額了要我重新申請withdraw
結果就半夜12點了銀行系統維修又是要等

幹, 真的他媽的不爽,
麻煩學學W88或者W138,
如果客戶WD有問題,
會聯繫客戶(或pending等客戶上線聯繫),
搞清楚才reject!

結論: 需要專業客服者雪人333不適合你!

Regarding to your problem,i have double check in our company firstly our Livechat Operator only handle chat department,all withdraw is processing by our account,so your withdraw is reject by them first time is already bank refreshing,and the maxbet still not yet processing finish...Dont worry your withdraw wil be processing after finish bank refreshing daily later...:$:loveliness:

羅力亞要求，是可以的。 只不過ID會被maxbet lock掉一段時間
